at first it used to write a dvd contained by 5 to 7 minutes. now it take 25 to 30 minutes.
i did a speed check in nero abd it said that the dvd drive is running at 2.x how can i renovation it.

Change the options underneath the Burn tab in Nero when you create the alien project.
You should leave it at the minimum really though. Writing DVD's any faster than 4x can motive problems when they're viewed surrounded by DVD players.
Firstly I would check spare disk space. you might have used up a bit of the space that your first have, especially if you are saving the iso for the DVD.
Has anything else changed?
Can you choose a faster speed when you are setting up a DVD burn?
