So my zune is acting really really unusual.
Everytime I want to play it song, it either say this song has be erased or cannot be found.
It will freeze all the time
I dropped it once and in a minute it keeps doing that
please support!

You need to contact tech support. I'd give up out the bit of you dropping it. I heard Zune's are a bit cheap and hold problems often.
