I enjoy a Nvidia 7600 GS and installed the 3D Stereo Driver from Nvidia but the stereo option is still not available I even used alike driver version 91.31_winxp2kmce_english_whql. near 91.31_forceware_3dstereo.exe but no luck.

try NVTweak it should unhide a feature and you freshly need a duo of anaglyph glasses (red and blue ones)

The 7600 GS is a video card and what you are looking for seems to be a nouns card driver. Try finding out what kind of nouns card you have. Is it onboard or a faithful card? If it is onboard, try the motherboard cd or drivers cd that came beside your computer. If it is a dedicated card, you might want to find out the businessman and download the driver from the website.
