Seems similar to you have something running contained by the background, eg. antivirus, and you dont own enough memory to compensate. Either return with more memory or see what is running at start-up(Ctrl-Alt-Del...press all together) and remove what is unnecessary.
Try going in through nontoxic mode. Push F8 repeatedly after turning the machine on, next choose boot in out of danger mode. See if that works.



If it does, you probably have a corrupted driver somewhere.
