Memory Cards?

Why will my 2GB memory card hold 1330 pictures on it when taking photos but when I try to let go photos to it, it will hold less than 200?

Are the folder sizes of the pictures you take and the ones you are abiding the same? If the ones you are copying are 6 times the size, after there's your problem. Check on your computer the total file sizes using Properties and see if it comes close to 2Gb.
the Pic. you put on in that are better or bigger than the ones you take
lol,outstandingly easy.when positive you need to stifle the size.it may affect the quality of the pics but if u are accurate with photo editor that should not be a problem
It may be to do near the file structure of the card. Many report structures baulk at having more than 255 items contained by the root. The answer of course is to use sub folders to store stuff.



Ensure that you are positive photos as .jpg files which are compressed and not .raw which are not. Compression make a huge difference to the file size.
It depends on the characteristic of the phots taken my cameras top quality is 7m pix but if i reduced it to 5m later i can take loads more. Try getting a 4mb card after you can take the best talent pics withiout running out of space.
