my motherboard is a SocketA mainboard L7VTA

i imagine it will be fine as far as i can see but wanna b sure and could do with a second assessment.

instructions say: supports DDR up to 200/266/333/400 (enhanced) MHz DDR SDRAM memoey module

Accommodates three unbuffered 2.5v 184-pin slots

According to the information you provided: instructions say: supports DDR up to 200/266/333/400 (enhanced) MHz DDR SDRAM memoey module

Yes, this would work.
You could also shift here...

...and take the 3 straightforward steps to finding the right memory for your computer or motherboard. GUARANTEED!
Yes, that memory would work. As for the 3 slots but 2gb max on ram, that is to say only if you draw from the ddr400. If you got the slower memory, you could travel to 3mb of ram.
