My Mybook external hardrive have a problem.?
What is the problem?
When you plug it contained by with a USB cable to a PC the drive consequently shows up in your my computer account and then you can cut and smooth mixture files to and from the new drive (mine shows up as the Letter L: and have a Blue icon)
Is it a Mac?
Do you have the power and USB cable plugged in properly?
Right click the profile to transfer. Choose convey to and the letter of your external drive {probably E}. Sorry I couldn't label it more difficult.
