my mouse broke down and my brother said that it is possible he lately don't know how to do it. anyone who knows?

Go to the START MENU. Click CONTROL PANEL. Go to ACCESSIBLILITY OPTIONS. Click the MOUSE tab. Check the box that say USE MOUSEKEYS.
You can still get around pretty ably without it if you know what your doing. As far as moving the cursor i enjoy never seen that, but that does not plan it is impossible. Microsoft has a appropriate list of baby grand shortcuts.
You should be able to use Tab to fly from link to contact.
