Is here any instrument I can buy a pci-e (pci express) graphics card and somehow use it on an agp slot???

Perhaps in that is an adapter/converter i can buy, or something i can do so that I can use a pci-e card on and agp slot. They're so gosh darn cheap!

No but it should work at a slower rate in an widespread PCI slot.
There are no adapters available for PCI-E to AGP. On the other hand, computers near PCI-E slots are dead cheap:

NO WAY! BUT the manufacturer actually DO IT FOR YOU. Most of the express cards now are designed and built for PCIe interface. However, since in attendance are still millions of PCs on AGP, the manufacturers own deviced a way of making some of the PCIe cards to work on AGP interface. They placed an AGP bridge chip on the PCIe card, thus the AGP version are more costly. Of course, the AGP version solitary plugs into an AGP slot.

Realize that the current AGP cards are nearly equal to PCIe cards except that they have different slots and are using a special conversion on the card to translate the signals for use on the AGP slot.
