my cousin have a dell E521 dimension pc, i required to get her a wireless baby grand and mouse. will this keyboard work for this workstation?

Hi. Keyboards and mice use the same two connections: USB for some and PS/2 for others. Most PCs support both. So yes.
It doesn't thing what the brand is. It will work just fine.
